OUR HISTORY

Built in the late 1800s, the Historic Central Hotel became a beloved landmark in Sevierville. After a fire destroyed the original building in 1923, it was carefully rebuilt in 1938 to preserve its charm. In the 1940s, President Franklin D. Roosevelt often stayed here and dedicated the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in 1941. Today, the hotel blends its rich history with modern comforts in a prime location.
